MEET THE AUTHOR
Francine Watkins has done it all – from door to door, to distributorship to department head. She started out part-time in direct
sales and rose to top ten sales manager in the Northeast.  She and her husband were awarded a distributorship and were
consistently in the top three in the region. She was offered a position as sales trainer with the same Fortune 500 Company and
rose to VP of Educational Services.As the head of the training department, Francine supervised the training for conferences of
over 14,000 attendees. She also supervised corporate training for the nation-wide sales force. Francine co-created an
interactive, in depth, leadership seminar for the distributors of the company and facilitated that four and a half day course in
every state in the U. S, Canada, and Australia. As an independent consultant Francine assisted in the launch of a direct sales
arm of a British Publishing Company.  She currently consults with direct sales companies to determine their training needs and
to create customized training to address those needs. Francine has worked closely with sales performers at every level. She
knows them, understands them, respects them, and speaks their language.
