I've read many a how-to book during my long career and always found myself looking for
something, anything new.  From the Ground UP is just that kind of book. It reminded me of   the
countless jewels I've learned and taught over the years,  plus some priceless AHA's as well. And
thanks to Francine's  humorous style, I found myself chuckling frequently. This book   will prove
invaluable to anyone in sales.
